Consumer right to withdraw

If you buy Riff Forge as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For this digital-content purchase, the period is counted from the day after the contract is concluded. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.

We do not require a waiver of this right in exchange for immediate digital delivery. Downloading or opening the files does not, by itself, remove the withdrawal right offered here.

How to withdraw

Send or communicate your decision before the withdrawal period expires. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is sufficient. Please include your order reference or purchase email address so we can identify the order. You do not need to give a reason or use the model form below.

You can also use our online Cancel or return an order entry point. Sign in with the email address used for the order, open the relevant order and submit the withdrawal through the available return or cancellation action. State that you are exercising your withdrawal right. The account service sends an email acknowledging the submitted request. A withdrawal communicated in time does not depend on our discretionary approval. If you cannot use the online route, you can still withdraw using any of the contact methods above.

Refund after withdrawal

When you exercise your withdrawal right, we will reimburse the payments received for that purchase without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your decision to withdraw. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we will not charge a refund fee.

Riff Forge is a digital product. You do not need to post a physical item back, and we do not charge return shipping or a restocking fee for this purchase.

Additional seven-day voluntary offer

If the kit is not useful for you, email xstatiq@proton.me within seven days of purchase with your receipt reference to request a refund under the voluntary offer included with Riff Forge. This offer is additional to your statutory consumer rights. It does not shorten the 14-day withdrawal right or limit rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content.

Faults, missing files or delivery problems

Contact xstatiq@proton.me if you cannot access the purchased files or believe the content is faulty or does not match its description. Include your order reference and describe the problem. We will handle your complaint in accordance with applicable consumer law, including any right to correction, replacement, a price reduction or termination and refund. These rights are separate from the change-of-mind periods above.
